30-Day Policy
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Cases
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- your item arrives damaged
- your item arrives defective
- you receive the wrong item
- your order is confirmed as lost in transit
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors outside our direct control
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer
- orders that have already been processed and shipped
- normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once processing has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.

- photos or video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
